Highly recommend XRAM. We used them for our perc test and survey. They were very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Precise, efficient and excellent communicators. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

A survey is a critically important part of any real estate purchase that MUST be accurate and professional. Xram inc is absolutely both. I can't express how impressed I am with how through their research was and how tenacious their efforts were when a number of serious encroachments were uncovered.They prepped critical docs and came to a county commission rezoning hearing in suit n tie to succesfully rerepresent our potential issues. A+ service. They communicated through the entire process in installing our new septic system. We had a few huddles come up because of our difficult yard. They had a plan and made sure every thing was completely perfect. They went over and beyond to make sure we never have problems again. I recommend them to anyone with a septic system.
