Customer service is amazing with this company! Each employee introduces themselves and makes sure you know exactly what they are going to do to help you. Randy and Jerry are very knowledgeable and ready to help at any time. We ordered our service against mosquitoes the day before we hosted a sweet 16 birthday cookout. They came to our rescue quickly and no one got a bite to my knowledgeable. Their pest service is great too! No more spider webs on our house or ants or wasps attacking. They even spent 30 minutes explaining how to be safe while cleaning out our attic and also offer a brown recluse service (very extensive process). Working with Marc to get things set up overall was a breeze even from across the country on our move to HSV. Quotes were provided and are reasonable for the services provided. Lengthy discussions regarding needs/concerns. We are called to be good stewards. Using organic lawn care is the way to approach this outside care. Everything ends up in the water sources which then feeds into what we all consume along with the wildlife. It's how we can honor Yahweh and in turn help our fellow man. We just had our first lawn/tree/shrub and pest application. I won't update unless I find these products to be ineffective which I don't expect to happen.

Fast response, our yard was sprayed by the end of the week after I called for information and we couldn't be happier. Before we were unable to use our backyard/deck at all because of mosquitos after spraying we have no mosquito issues. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and informative of their services.
