It's the best. You have an amazing sensei. He makes it fun to do karate and work out. We also play a game or sum with the last ten mins.(most of the time.) So sign up and kick some butt.
I earned my black belt almost 3 years ago from River City Karate and still attend. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Great workouts and fun environment, especially for kids. Chase is great with them and teaches them alot more than just karate.
