I went to Mark optical to get my work safety glasses, and also some everyday street glasses. I started with an Office visit with Dr. Harris to get my prescription. He and his staff took time to explain everything, and I did not feel rushed. Then when it was time to select my glasses, I found that they had a huge selection of glasses to choose from and they also took my insurance so I did not pay much out-of-pocket I would definitely return. I love my glasses and I felt they were a good value for the price.

Mark's optical did it again, I would rate them a 10 if I could but I can only do a five. The service was excellent and the staff was fantastic and I have my glasses the same afternoon. Thank you

Wonderful experience at Marx Optical in Decatur today. Ms. Linda is amazing! She was very patient and helped fit my glasses perfectly. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my glasses before I left. What a true professional, this is was customer service should be!
