They figured out what I needed done and got it DONE! Took a few days because they had to order the motor but they kept me informed along the way. The workers were all very pleasant. They lady at the office that kept me informed, the first gentleman that came out to fix my unit and made the diagnostic (in the pouring rain) and found out I needed a motor, and the two gentlemen that installed the motor and got me "good to go"! Thank you Lovelace Services!
worst ac service provider I've ever had. my home warranty company assigned them to my ac unit. I called a week ahead to let them know I'm only off work Monday and Tuesday. so we set an appointment for Monday between 10am and 12pm never showed up so I had things to do. called me at 4 something talking about there at my house do I want them to fill my unit with freon unit was freezing up and low so I said sure since that could be done without me being there didn't fix the issue got home unit still frozen up and completely stopped working two days later called them back said they would come the next Monday to diagnose the problem never showed called said they were coming Tuesday never showed then called this week said they would be there Monday something about a death in the family so I can understand that I was aggravated but a death of a family member trumps anything so I let it slide gave them another chance guess what didn't show so i called Monday afternoon asked why they didn't show no one knew why but swore they would be out yesterday which was Tuesday I would be the first call no matter what guess what never showed so been without an ac for three weeks had to call my warranty company and get another provider assigned to me now it's going to be a month with no ac. I remember when your word was your bond. I even aske to speak to there owner several times three weeks I got the same answer he's on vacation must be nice. what was really funny is how they had to have there money for the service call right away although they didn't fix anything but lack the same quickness went it came to there scheduling. I honestly hope they loose there contract with my warranty company due to there inability to keep there appointments and there word to there customers. never use this company. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to stay far away from love lace ac services in decatur. word of mouth goes a long way if I were the owner I think I would want my customers happy so I could keep affording to take three week vacations. do better a company is only as good as there word and you guys are the worst I've ever seen and that says a lot
