“Always great customer service from Environmental Comfort Systems! I have been a customer for almost 30 years! However, the last two preventative maintenance service calls were with two different technicians. I was used to the same technician each year and really appreciated the comfort of knowing him (Bryan). Also, the ease of not having to show the technician (s) where every thing was a time saver. Most importantly, I do not like having multiple new people in my home. It is my issue with comfort and safety. I would greatly appreciate having the same technician each time. (I will say the "Spring" PM technician this year was not very customer friendly and I would prefer not to have him back. Having expressed my opinion, I must say the young man, "Kyler" who was in training was very friendly and customer service was excellent. I did not interact with Gavin other than to say hello (he did outside work). Again, I am very satisfied with Environmental Comfort and would highly recommend them! Called these guys and there were at my house in no time with our air up and running again. AND very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!“

A tech came out and tried fixing the issue but we ended up needing a full system replacement and they were able to get us a great deal on both an indoor and outdoor unit. They understood being without air in Alabama during the month of June is not fun and got our replacements in just a couple of days. “Had issues with our dishwasher. Jeremy from Lovelace was able to come out, and within five mins, diagnose the problem. He was unable to fix the problem that day, but ordered, picked up the part, and repaired the issue the following day. He was very prompt, and communicated well when he was going to be arriving to complete the service. I would highly recommend both Jeremy and Lovelace for appliance repair, specifically for GE products.“
