Always great customer service from Environmental Comfort Systems! I have been a customer for almost 30 years! However, the last two preventative maintenance service calls were with two different technicians. I was used to the same technician each year and really appreciated the comfort of knowing him (Bryan). Also, the ease of not having to show the technician (s) where every thing was a time saver. Most importantly, I do not like having multiple new people in my home. It is my issue with comfort and safety. I would greatly appreciate having the same technician each time. Have used Environmental Comfort for 20+ years and they've always been top notch. Rick (the owner) is one of the best in the business. This year my Techs were Kyler, Jazz, and Zane. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, fast, and kind. I couldn't recommend a better business with a better set of highly skilled/qualified Techs.
Allow me to start by saying I do not like people, in general. People coming to my house is even worse. So when Kyler arrived to do his work, I threw on my coat and went out there to watch him.
I am sure I made him uncomfortable, at first as I was asking questions. Kyler is a polite young man and despite my rather direct approach with him, he patiently explained what he was looking at, what the tolerances were and the readings he was getting. His transparent professionalism was exactly what I expect from people I do business with.
