We were panicked after accidentally locking our child in our running vehicle. Garth provided prompt and professional service, gaining access for us within minutes of arriving. When I went to pay, he advised he didn’t charge for emergencies involving a child in the car. We are very thankful to Garth and Decatur Locksmith and will be using and recommending them for all of our locksmith services in the future!
Contacted Garth on a COLD Sunday evening around 5:00 PM, my Mom had locked her keys in the vehicle while it was running. He arrived quickly and was so kind. Fair priced! Highly recommend!
Hi folks just wanted to once again give you guys my experience to this key store from Decatur Ala.The guy at the store (forgot his name) was nice very prompt and polite when I got there he upload and copy my daughter's 2013 Nissan Rogue car keys. I wanted this done being she moved here in Ala from CT and we needed a 2nd key. Only issue was that once he was finish when I use it to start the car, It was hard to turn it on all the way over, it was not smooth when I turn it When I asked about it he said it will loosen up as I use it. However, this is a back up key so I'm not going to really use it like that only for ER when that time comes. Time will only tell but would recommend...read full review
