Eric and his staff are top notch. From the time I called explaining my issues, they were willing to help as soon as possible. A tech came out and tried fixing the issue but we ended up needing a full system replacement and they were able to get us a great deal on both an indoor and outdoor unit. Their pricing beat out a few other local companies that we got quotes from, beating some by $1000s. They understood being without air in Alabama during the month of June is not fun and got our replacements in just a couple of days.
