United States Taekwondo

Since 1992, United States Taekwondo has been empowering people through the pursuit of personal martial arts excellence. Our primary curriculum is Traditional Taekwondo which is known for a dynamic and awesome variety of kicks. In addition, we incorporate elements from other traditional martial arts such as Karate, Judo, and Hapkido to develop a strong and well rounded martial artist. In order to provide a practical self defense curriculum, we use specific exercises, drills, pad work, and partner training to arm our students with skills that could one day prove to be invaluable.
