Got the runaround for 8 months from a another local roofing contractor. Only to be told we aren’t putting a roof on your house without a larger amount of insurance money than my mortgage company was willing to release at that time. We are trying to sell our house and my realtor recommended Stephen. So I called him and within two weeks we got a roof put on our house and my house is on the market on time. We 100% recommend!!
