I have used quick fix 2 separate times & they have been amazing, they actually fix your phone in the time they say and they are very respectful and professional. Definitely would recommend!
Called ahead and asked if they could replace my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen, they said they could help & gave me a few different pricing options (much lower than others in town). When I walked in and dropped it off and they told me it would be about an hour. Came back an hour later to learn that the screen 1) wasn’t in stock at this location when I left so they had it sent over from Mobile in the short time I had been gone, but 2) couldn’t be replaced without a new battery, but since it was not originally discussed they took half off the battery. 15-20 minutes later, I had a fixed phone! I was instructed to bring my phone here for a warranty claim that included multiple repairs. I was Leary about leaving it but after my experience am very pleased! Phenomenal customer service! These guys are very thorough and great at what they do. Thanks
