“I've have been coming to this practice for over 15 years to see. Doctor Charles Kirkland, if it was not for Doctor Charles Kirkland. I probably would not of graduated high school. He is one of the best Doctors at this practice. I've never had a problem, with the staff. Like ever. Everyone always look like they are. Enjoying the work they are doing. When I left my appointment, last time with Doctor Charles Kirkland. This is what I saw. Every single phone was pressed to nurses ears, receptionist ear. Scheduling appointments, calling in prescriptions to pharmacist. A very well oiled machine, giving 110% to provide care to all surrounding areas. This is a real review, from someone. Who really has been visiting this practice for over 15 years! Stop the hate and just get your meds and leave. Have a nice day.“

“I recently had a wonderful experience at Coastal Allergy and Asthma, specifically with Dr. Davidson. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of care and attention he provided to my son. Dr. Davidson took the time to ensure that my son was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and he went above and beyond to educate us about the medications he prescribed. His dedication to patient comfort and education truly sets him apart. I highly recommend Coastal Allergy and Asthma, especially if you are looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being.“

“I see a number of physicians here, both through my VA and my personal insurance (because not all Drs in facility are covered by my VA ccn alone). That said, I have yet to experience any of the same issues that a few other posters mentioned. Front ofc seems just fine, Dr. McLaughlin'd team, Dr. Taupeka's team (and others) have all been great for me and my many medical disabilities. I would recommend and actually HAVE referred this location out. ??‍♀️ I think it's at least worth the initial appointment to make your own decisions.“

“Having moved to Spanish Fort and seeking a new primary care physician, I chose Dr Robert McKnight. Over the past several years I have nothing but good things to say about Dr McKnight and his wonderful staff. Every doctor that Dr McKnight has referred me to has been a jewel to my estimation. I retired from The Mayo Clinic and prior to that I have worked for physicians for over 40 years and I couldn’t be happier with my care so far. After having had three surgeries and many tests with the Infirmary Health facilities, I feel very trusting and satisfied with their care.“

“This place has awful customer service. I made an appointment as a new patient 1 month in advance and they had no recollection of the appointment whatsoever. The receptionist took no responsibility for the clinic’s mistake and kept eluding that I was making everything up. She then told me I would have to start the process all over again, having to submit a new patient approval request. Ridiculous.I’ll update on my experience with the doctor assuming I ever get an appointment. Cool, cool.**update** I had an appointment with Dr. Kayle, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be going back to see her. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars“
