“About 3 months ago I was having trouble with my computer not wanting to boot windows up and occasionally freezing up. I took it to a local repair shop and they informed me that my hard drive was failing and my computer needed more memory.After hearing the estimated cost of repair on a fairly new computer I decided to get a second opinion, boy am I glad I did. After talking to Jeff and paying a small diagnostics fee he called me and suggested a clean install of windows.After picking it up the next afternoon I reinstalled any software I previously had on it(printer,games, ect.). It runs as good as the day I purchased it.Didn't need a hard drive or more memory, Hats off to the Computer guy sales and service for their knowledge, honesty and prompt service.Will I be a repeat customer if future repairs are necessary ? ABSOLUTELY.“
