Great experience. Eric was always super responsive to any of my questions regarding delivery/installation during this nightmare of a pandemic. The installers were awesome. Very detailed in their installation and made sure we were completely happy. They did a good job of explaining all the technicals regarding the shutters if they needed to be adjusted.

My husband and I began our shutter research in January 2020, and by March had found Edward Terry and committed to do business with him. We had a number of obstacles along the way, but were finally able to order in August. Edward was always patient, kind, and understanding. By the time we did our installation in November I felt I had a new friend on the other side of the US! And the shutters are perfect, exactly what I've wanted for many years.

I second everything the previous reviewer said. Edward was a pleasure to work with. I needed a hard-to-find color/style/size combination to replace a damaged shutter, and Edward was super agreeable and professional. He double-checked everything with me to make sure that the work was done right the first time. Was always very responsive, whether by phone or by email. Great price and great quality. Shutter arrived on time and in great shape. Would definitely recommend the vinyl shutters from Custom Shutter Company to anyone!
