I noticed my water heater was leaking bad and of course my husband was out of town and couldn't tend to it. I hate handling these types of things by myself - but Express Rooter made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as can be. They got me on the schedule right away and Douglass and Daniel came out and got everything replaced and working so fast. They were great at explaining the options and giving suggestions. I felt very confident and reassured about something I am very unfamiliar with. They literally came to my rescue! Mr. Sapp came out and did an excellent job replacing my old water heater. He removed the old water heater and everything is running good. It's been one month since it was replaced and I've had no issues; everything is good. He was very professional when he came out. He arrived at an early point in the time frame that I was given and got the job done quickly, with no mess to my house. I will use his company again he's great.Service: Boiler installation
