Roto-Rooter of Cullman did an excellent job. We had a broken toilet flange that was in a concrete slab foundation. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and parts, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess left behind. They were very nice and professional people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called Roto-Rooter early on 7/5 about a clogged Main line at my mother's home. I had attempted to fix the problem, but undoubtedly could not fix it. They took all of my information, and assured me that they could be there that afternoon. Right on time, they showed up. They introduced themselves with great attitudes and began asking about the problem and looking into the issue. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with everything. I recently had the pleasure of using roto-rooter for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, their service was exceptional. The plumber arrived promptly, assessed the problem quickly, and explained the issue and the solution in a clear and understandable manner.

What really stood out was their professionalism and expertise. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and parts, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess left behind. The plumber was courteous and took the time to answer all my questions.
