Work order was placed that morning spoke with receptionist,very soft spoken woman guaranteed someone will be coming out.Technician Cole and Chris arrived at my home in Pinson around midday, they were professional, prompt and very knowledgeable of the job, they fixed the issue with my air unit with a matter of time even went an extra mile to inform me of an noise coming from my fan on unit and assured me Porper Climate Inc. will reschedule a return to my home to fix problems with a couple business days.As a newly home owner I'm very appreciative for the experience I had working with this company, they eased my stress and worries. Proper Climate is awesome. I had an excellent experience with them. If you want a fast response with very knowledgeable professionals who care about the customer then call Proper Climate first instead of hanging your head later. I can't say enough about their service and work ethics
