Made the online appointment on the way there- and pulled up to an empty parking lot. We waited in lobby maybe 3 minutes- and then from triage to an exam room within 5 more minutes. The CRNP came on to assess my 6 year old, asked her and I basic questions, and then we were literally leaving within a total of 8 minutes. We headed to the pharmacy to pickup her rx he had sent in, and even it was ready when we walked into Walmart. Exceptional experience, knowledgeable staff, real time care. This is why I always use HH Urgent care for my or my family’s needs.

I didn’t feel good they were able to see me immediately I love the online check in they have the friendliest staff I have ever seen in an office and they are so good they knew I had strep throat before my test was complete they explain everything in a way I could understand and I’m on my way to getting better from bronchitis and strep throat. They were even super kind to my son. I have already reccomend them

Quick, compassionate and concise urgent care! The nurse practitioner that was working gave great advice and encouragement for some issues that weren't even strep throat related. He listened to me, shared some of his own personal experiences and connected with both me and my son. The triage nurse was amazingly patient and kind with my son. I absolutely love the save my place in line feature on their website, making it where we aren't in a waiting room all day!!
