I called this man on a Sunday at 6pm he sat on the phone with me and walked me through how to set up my new thermostat. My pregnant wife and child and I were sweating and the unit would only blow heat. With in 10 min he had my unit blowing ice cold. Can't recommend this company enough 10 out of 10 ill call them everytime I have a hvac issue!
