I have used Professor Plumb four times over the years. First class company and run the right way. Today, Dec 1st 2023, they came to fix my gas logs and could not figure it out. They recommended another company to fix it and did not charge me at all. They have installed a hot water heater, fixed two plumbing issues over last five or six years. This is only the second review I have ever written in 74 years. Highly recommend them and they are as good now as they were 6 years ago.

Professional and knowledgeable! The plumber showed up and got right to work. We’re 90% sure he fixed the problem, given its difficulty to access the water pipe. So far, though, his work was spot on accurate!!
