“We received excellent service from this company. Our A/C went out at 9pm Wednesday and we have Choice Home Warranty as our home warranty. Temperatures in this Alabama heat can reach almost 100 degrees. We called Choice that night and put in a claim. They said that Hodges would come out on Friday to fix it. But the technician (Mack) called the next day on Thursday to say he could be at our home in an hour. We were elated!! Mack came as promised and fixed our system in about 30 min. This company gave us excellent service and we were thankful because we were skeptical of this company because of the bad reviews on Google.
