Clayton was courteous & professional. He checked out our unit. We had set thermostats to FAN in error. He explained what had happened & made sure the unit was working properly & asked if we had any questions. Wonderful Job

Ricky came out and quickly identified the problem with our furnace blower motor. He told me the problem, the cost and when he could come back with the new motor. He did exactly what he said and came back today to install the new motor. Very professional and very knowledgeable and the price was fair! Can't ask for anymore than that!!I highly recommend Giles!

Evan Wyatt with Giles Cooling & Heating arrived at our residence at 8:45 AM. I explained the issue with my heat pump's failure to switch to auxillary (natural gas) mode when air temperature gets extremely low. Evan accessed the unit's control panel and was able to determine that the pressure sensor mechanism was not functioning correctly.He was able to get the trouble corrected and after testing to confirm that auxilliary heat is working correctly, he closed the panel and let me know that if we experience any more problems he will replace the sensor assembly. The entire service call took less than 30 minutes.Thank you Evan for exceptional service.
