Great experience and a good haircut p

The staff seemed to be friendly when you’re r able to make contact with one of them. It’s a small shop as in employee base. Which in my opinion causes the inconsistency in this business. The business hours are unknown or are only known by frequented or repeat patrons. I have made multiple attempts (more than 3) to contact by phone and by visit and have not been able to get in, mainly due to the fact no one was there. I came today 1/15/22 at approximately 9:50 am and the door was locked with a couple of people inside getting cuts or some kind of service. This is not a problem other than the staff is not able to tell new customers when they will return or when they will have an opening, very disappointed. I did review the page and it looks like the page administrator posted on 1/3/2022 that they would be there at the business. I recommend that this barbershop look into joining an app like “the cut” so their clients or potential clients can see hours of availability of each barber and can even schedule from there. The barber also could make known more frequently on the FB page of there hours as well. These are only suggestions I’m sure you can continue business as usual and remain the same and you’ll ll get along just fine. I’m just a guy that has tried multiple times to get my boys a cut at your establishment and it’s tiresome to pull up at your business and not get any help even when recommended by friends.
