After searching for the perfect cut for quite awhile after my last hair stylist moved away, I found Jessica and I could not be happier! She is professional, always on time, does a Fantastic job and when you make an appointment with her, she focuses on you only. You cannot buy that kind of personal service! “Initially I set up an appointment with another stylist at Elite (won't say any names because I really don't think it's correct to slander her name) and I had my hair highlighted, toned and trimmed by her. I was so unhappy and was so depressed about how my hair turned out. It was orangey and brassy on top and my hair felt super dry and damaged. Had to do a deep conditioning treatment overnight the next day. I was asked to pay for her products used and even then I still wanted my money back after the fact because I was so unhappy. I contacted the owner Chelsea and she was so nice and responded to my messages promptly. She was very understanding and offered for me to come in Friday (today) at 10am to fix my hair free of charge. I just left a little while ago and she went above and beyond at fixing my hair. I am so happy I went back in and gave her a try. My hair turned out PERFECT! Just the way I wanted it! I didn't have to pay anything but I did just for the fact that I want her to do my hair next time and it's hard to find a great hairstylist that does your hair exactly how you want it and leaves it feeling super healthy when you leave. Outstanding job Chelsea! You are great at what you do and you deserve all the praise and more! I will be back soon!??☺️??“
