Brillant at tax prep but be prepared to wait, and wait. im not very patient. awesome skills but i would like some updates and things to move faster. Been a customer for 6 years. im always very satisfied when the work is finished. i feel confident about it but im not good at waiting! so 4 out of 5. maybe next year it will be 5 out of 5 if i get mine done before christmas.hahaa.
