First visit. New-ish resident of the city looking for a new stylist. Seems like a nice shop and good parking on the side of the building. Walked in about two hours from closing. One person being serviced. The stylist seemed very nice but presented as very bothered that I was a walk-in, however she shrugged it off, smiled, and said she would work me in. I was appreciative. However, I was informed immediately by another very gruff employee that they only take cash and check. Yep.Overall, I did not feel very welcomed. I try to help and stay with local businesses but experiences like this make it difficult.

I overslept for my appointment and had to call and reschedule she was very sweet about it and got me in the same day. I have extremely thick hair she didn’t complain once and knew exactly how to handle it ! After almost 30 years I finally found a salon that can make me feel beautiful and at ease with my thick hair !
