If I'm being honest I chose this shop simply because it is on my commute route from work back to home. And how lucky I am for that! The vibe is great and so are the artists. I have quite low pain tolerance but my tatooist McKenzie(Nugget) was very accommodating of that, not to mention being an amazing artist whounderstood what I wanted and gave exactly what I wanted to. I am ecstatic to see how my tatoo heals up!! Will be going back for another cover-up! :D
Wife use to really like it but last visit new employee didn't do a good job maybe because she's new not sure but if she goes back goes over it with them and they get it right I'll update..update went back she's completely happy thank you ..

I have used them for termite bond for over 20 years. I have always received wonderful service. I had an issue come up with yellow jackets over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I called them and a technician was at my house within the hour. Took care of the problem and made sure to let me know the folow up plan. Great company with great service. Our technician (Kurtis) was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did a fast job in replacing our entire HVAC, and did a great clean-up before he left. If we ever need work again, we will definite use them.

Brian is great. He got the repairs done quickly and everything came back to me in good working order. Brian really went above and beyond by helping me find good deals on replacement parts and kept me updated about what was going on along the way. It’s a great place. The parking is extremely easy. It is located beside the railroad tracks up on a hill. They do draw blood and do labs in house, which is extremely convenient. They offer mental health and general practitioners. No specialties are located there. You’ll need to go to Birmingham for that.
