Thank you to Brittney at the Chelsea location for going the extra mile for me while the alabaster location phones were down.

She called me back from her personal cell and answered all of my questions, fixed my account and also confirmed a question with the district manager on something she wasn’t sure about off hand.

Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore!

today was my first (of many) times at this location. Brittane was TONS of help. the location was super
clean and they have many beds and options to
choose from. i can’t wait to be back!

I just left the Chelsea location and had a very different experience than I usually do at Palm Beach Tan. I won’t say which one I usually go to, but they are not as into helping their customers as much as this location is. Lauren is very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her I needed to get the darkest possible tan by tomorrow. She let me know that I had $51 in tan bucks that I’ve never been told about. So we decided on a level four tanning bed first and then a spray tan with a customizable colors which I already knew about, but she went a lot deeper into it with mixing two together and adding scent to it, and then adding something to make it last longer and intensify...read full review
