“Excellent contractor. Honest and reasonable. Thorough and reliable. No job too small or too big. They live up to their name.“
“Ben and his crew did a great job with the exterior painting of our house, pressure washing, and fixing a rotted window and door. Ben would always be onsite with his crew supervising and always would be at our house when he said he would. I would highly recommend Ben and his company for your painting needs and other jobs. We will use Cherokee Hills Painting for any future needs.“
“I have worked with the Darrell and Nicole on several project. They are a first class organization that in addition to quality work does what they say they are going to do. If you are looking for a home remodeler I highly recommend them.“
“we give WDI 10 out of 10 stars! the experience was as painless as possible. all construction has hiccups, and ours was no different. the reason i mention this is that all problems were resolved with flexibility and honest discussion. all workers were delightful. WDI provided a designer for our project. She was invaluable. not only did she help with paint, stain, lighting, etc, she mediated the squabbles my spouse and i had over unimaginable minor things....“
“We recently moved our office to a brand new building, constructed and built out by Byrom Building Corporation. It took a while, but it was worth the wait. Our new location is beautiful and perfectly fits our needs. We couldn't be more grateful for the hard work done by Mr. Byrom and his company. Marty has been a pleasure to deal with. He is a busy man, but he still finds time to talk to me on the phone. He has always been courteous and friendly, and he has proven to be a man of his word. That is unfortunately a rare find these days. I am glad to have met Mr. Byrom and his fine team. Dr. Ed Daniel“
“A new roof is something you hope to only have to do a few times in your lifetime and it generally makes you cringe to even think about it. The first company I contacted for this replacement gave me the creeps, wanted half up front, and couldn’t tell me when they might get me on their schedule. I was uncomfortable enough to ask friends for referrals and EZ Roof was one of those. Of the estimates I received EZ was the most professional and prompt (good job, Josh) and we went with them. Could not be happier. They communicate well, they’re professional, friendly, and very competitive. When they were done Claire was fantastic to work with getting our claim completed. Thank you, EZ Roof, for making a complicated thing simple and worry free.“
“Gibson Anderson is a fantastic builder in Birmingham and surrounding areas. They did not build our home but have built wonderful homes for several of our friends who were extremely pleased with their experience with Earl Gibson and Casey Cambell.“
“I love Walk On. My son carry me there for a per Mother’s Day lunch. I have since carried everyone who visits me. The staff and food is spot on.“

“I wanted to leave a review since there was a one-star and a five-star for Rob's work, both of which seem inaccurate from my experience in 2013. Rob was recommended by our architect to do a kitchen reno/redo that reused some materials (namely, 1950's built-ins) and replaced others. Total cost of the project was under $20k. Rob and his guys were good about on-time performance, cleanup, and the like. They also worked with me on a reno we did to our kitchen (when moving in) after a rec from our architect. Basically, I wanted to do the kitchen finishes myself, and we had a flooring guy we wanted to use. Rob's work was done well, I clipped off on it, but I would say that if you have detail-type concerns, just communicate them well. For example: 1) For whatever reason, he'd left the granite countertops and backsplash unsealed to the kitchen wall. He stated that "people usually prefer that", which seemed strange. He did make it right, if not by ordering new granite and getting the measurement close, then by adding filler (which has held up fine). 2) He drilled the hole for the sink sprayer close enough to the handle for the faucet that it is very uncomfortable for anyone with normal-sized hands. I didn't think to specify this measurement, since I figured there was an industry standard, etc. 3) The drywall ceiling finishes in some places have not held up well, with tape visible from time to time. This is easily fixed if you are DIY comfortable, but might be an issue for others.Again, I realize home renos aren't a huge margin industry, and this builder has gotten some good projects in the meantime, and certainly worked with me on things. I just posted this to add some insight to the five star rating (which seems a little optimistic in light of my project, which had a few minor things) and the one-star (which, if true, needs to be addressed with the BBB).“
“Steve and his team completed an addition on our home (2 beds, office and bathroom) in 2022. Great quality, competitve pricing and he finished on budget and on time. He also advised us on the concept that we ended up going with over 2 designs completed by architecture firms. Very professional team and subcontractors. He stood by his work as well. There was one minor issue with a custom fence his team built and he came back to our home 60 days after the project was completed to resolve the issue within 2 days of my request. Very well done! We'll use him again on future projects.Service: Custom home building“
