“They have cleaned our carpet and our tile. We had good service each time. There was a glitch in our service call last time we used them which from my understanding was an accidental breakdown in communication from dispatch to the tech doing the cleaning but we are all human and things happen and the issue was promptly resolved after speaking with technician and the owner/manager. The technicians are super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful and do a great job. I’d recommend!“
