My technician, Mclovin did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to keep my high spirited, sometimes impatient daughter entertained with his engaging personality. We will definitely be back. Good customer service is often lacking these days, nice to see that some companies still get it right!
This has to be my favorite Express Oil I have been to so far! The last time I went, Jelly helped me out with an oil change and this time it was Jared. Both were awesome- they provided an easy and quick service! And I had a coupon through my email. A great place to get your vehicle serviced.
At the Calera location, #3033, I had a great experience with Zack. Zack was very thorough and after he changed my oil, Zack found that my windshield washer line was unhooked on one side. Zack made sure he hooked back up so I could clean my windshield. Zack was polite and was great at customer as service. Thank you very much Zack.
