I brought my son Butters here for over the last year of his life. Dr. Kalen was his doctor and I am grateful for all the help and support for Butters. He passed away August 2, 2023 right in front of me. He was 9 and 3/4 years old. I am thankful for the staff on taking care of him, loving him and being kind to me, his dad, as well. Calera animal hospital has staff that care and they fulfill the needs of the loved ones that show us that undeniable love and joy.

The team at Calera Animal Hospital always go above and beyond for your extended fur babies. Every time my wife and I send our dogs there I know that they will be taken care of by an amazing group of people. Very few places have said that they’re going to research an issue or question you have about your animal and call you back, they will; and always have. Their prices are always reasonable. Their love of animals is top tier.

I have two babies that needed flea treatment bad! I have two big dogs and I knew what they needed but most vets still require an exam. Walked in, filled out some paperwork was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Extremely helpful, great prices and friendly staff! Love this place will be going back!
