227 Industrial Park Rd, South Pittsburg“We have a KP130 pellet stove we bought from out local tractor supply in January 2019. Have have not have many issues with our stove until last March when the auger and auger motor broke and this season we have had issues with the exhaust fan but it is probably because we have not been preforming the proper yearly and monthy maintenance that we should have been. The auger broke from being clogged from inadequate cleaning and the auger motor broke only due to us putting it together wrong. Embarrassingly we have never preformed the maintainance needed for the exhaust system and the fan began throwing an error code and eventually started making a whining/grinding noise. Everytime I have called asking for a part I was sent to technical support first to verify what was going on and what we needed. The technical support team has always been wonderful and have offered solution after solution to fix the problem with the exhaust system before we actually replaced the $400 fan. They also expressed many times how they did not want us replacing such an expensive part if it wasn't absolutely necessary. They gave specific intructions in how to do each step. Each person I talked to was very friendly, kind, and made sure I knew I could call whenever we had questions or concerns without feeling like I was a burden or a waste of time, especially since the issues have been user error. They even were able to give some insight why I wasn't able to find the parts on their website at this time.“
