Quick response when my unit wasn’t cooling and the appointment date/time I requested was no problem for them either! Zane and Nate were so kind and professional. They explained everything they were doing from evaluating the problem to repair! They were able to get our unit cooling again the same day! Excellent service all the way around! Highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air!
I called them while no one else was open. They were at my business in a matter of 30 mins. Also when they realized I needed a roofer, they recommended a wonderful roofer. Both companies checked in on me making sure the leak was resolved. 10/10 would recommend and will use again! Thanks guys.
Nate and Zane came out and took the time to figure out what was wrong with the AC and it was a life saver 100 degrees and it was the day after the forth of July so was so happy they came out so quick
