I called about an issue we were having and the owner informed me he was out of town with family and the rest of his team was booked, but he gave me the names of 3 other plumbers he recommends. He could have just said he was unavailable and ended the call, but he still tried to help. That level of professionalism should be the norm, but sadly, is not. It was probably a small thing to him, but meant a lot to me.“
