Great! Very professional. Technician arrived on time as scheduled. Western Sales & Service is the only company that I would Trust with My AC & Furnace maintenance and needs. I used them as a homeowner in Birmingham and what a relief that they come to Shelby County!
All the Service Specialist have been Great, as well as the office staff ...I received a new unit ...with every call they did respond in a timely manner , I choose Western because I had used them 30 years ago...( Different owner's now of course) however service has been good.
Exceeded my expectations!! David Noles recommend a service call and Frank showed up and showed out. He got to the heart of the problem very fast and made the repair- got us back working on the spot! Frank demonstrated a quality focused- ethical practice that saved us money and replacement of a unit. When we do replace the unit- and for
