Just spent $24k at another rental for a new septic system and thought never again. So I called Wayne Pickle to have our duplex's tanks pumped Glad I did because 3 lids were either cracked or collapsed. The collapsed lid had a steel piece of roofing covering it by a previous owner. Ugh. They pumped the tanks' ordered the lids, and we will be all good in a couple days. Guys that came out were great. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Wayne Pickle septic tank and plumbing. I spoke with Glenn on the telephone he was knowledgeable, intelligent and empathetic. They got here exactly when they said they would, and even though we inconvenienced them because we hadn't cleared the cars out of the driveway, these guys cheerfully waited until we got our own ducks in a row. They had a full cohort of four guys out here working on the job and all of them were obviously competent and pleasant on top of that. after they finished the job, one of the bosses took the time to carefully explain to me what I could do myself to save money next time for this type of repair!!! Not only that, but he explained it all over again when I asked him to make sure that my teenage son understood because he would be the one doing the job . I was so impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to take the time to talk to me. I'll say it again, I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. I compared the rates they charge me to other companies and they were completely fair. I think sometimes people get upset with prices simply because something is expensive. Many things just cost what they cost, and it's a little bit unfair to be mad at a company or a service provider because a certain job or part that is needed costs what it does. Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. ***Last but definitely not least-- I've had septic services before that left my lawn basically trenched. At the time, the shifty company told me: "that's just how it is, that's how it's gonna be because of where your septic tank is located." GUESS WHAT? Wayne Pickle's company left my lawn is unscathed-- not a blade of grass out of place...so I guess it actually CAN be done, huh?

These people are not only professional, but they are honest and good people! We have an issue with field lines in our new house and after having our septic tank pumped (it flooded BADLY) Wayne came out and explained that having the field lines replaced for US would mean extending them to an area that doesn’t flood as easy and would cost THOUSANDS of dollars. He said, “I’m gonna shoot straight with you. We’ve had an unseasonable amount of rain and that’s the cause of the septic tank backing up. If you have the money to go ahead and have the lines extended and replaced, you can do that, but if I were you, I would save my money and just wait out the rain. The tank...read full review
