Friendly service and one of the workers washed my rubber mats for me and let me go through the car wash again with the deluxe wash at no extra cost! Satisfied with their work and will come back again!

Thinking of cancelling my membership… seems like the rims on my Camaro are getting scraped and scratched every time I go through the car wash. I’ve never experienced this elsewhere. I know it’s happening because I can sometimes hear a grinding sound when going through that shouldn’t happen with Gentle Touch car washes.

This was my first experience with the Wash Doctor. The level of services offered were wonderful, starting with the young on duty. He per washed my whole car like it were his own car. Lastly, the vacuum suction was the best. When I come back to B'ham, (Homewood) area, I will definitely make a stop at the Wash Doctor. ???Services: Auto interior vacuuming
