I had a chance to use this services “light housekeeping” personnel. Had a few bumps in the road with it. But overall, the Owner (Russell Renfroe) made my experience a smooth sailing!! I’d like to thank him for easing my somewhat “not the best” to where he led me. It ended up being a”I appreciate your business and will do all I can to win your experience again”! I really appreciate Mr. Renfroe! He is a man of his word and he cares!! Thank you Russell!
The angel taking care of my mom andwas gentle understanding. My mom had Alzheimer's it's a very tough desase. she was there for my mom she was there for moms animals and she was there for us. If I had to do it again I would want an angel to come stay with our family
Visiting Angels is a wonderful company to work for! Russell is an amazing employer and puts his heart into his company. His compassion and love for our elderly shows in how he runs his company from day to day! He is an advocate for his caregivers that work for him as well as the clients we assist! I have worked for multiple companies in the same capacity in the past but Visiting Angels in Trussville is a step above the rest!
