They haven't completed the work yet, I'll update when they do. So far:The sales representative seemed to be honest and forthright.They're not the cheapest and not the most expensive, they have a good track record of being around to finish the job.The materials were delivered to them faster than expected and they called us to see if we wanted to push up our timetable which we did.If the work is stellar, I'll add a star.
