On July 31, 2024 I attended The Ten Nail shop and it was a pleasure to there. I had a manicure and pedicure with gel polish by Pauline. The massage chairs at this shop is outstanding. I couldn’t hardly keep my feet straight while my toes were being polished because I was so relaxed and just wanted to sleep. The massage chairs feel like you are getting a massage from an expert masseuse. Pauline scrub my feet, massage my legs and feet and when I rubbed the bottom of feet together they were so soft and smooth. I love it and you will to. I think they get the job done tbh. The reviews are harsh and can easily deter people. I agree it’s not the cleanest place, hence the 3⭐️. The strong smell of the nail polish also greets you the moment you step in. Not a fancy nail shop if that’s what you’re looking for. But they get the job done, the nail polish lasts long and it’s the most affordable nail shop I know in Birmingham AL!
I have been coming to this place since high school and I’m 26 now. Out of all my years of coming I was satisfied until the new employee they have now come. The short chubby lady at table FIVE is TERRIBLE. I let her do my nails twice before and they were chunky, uneven, and messy. I know people learn in the process so that’s why I let it go and just hoped she practiced enough on me to get better. So last week I went and got a MEDUIM full set and of course I get sent to table five and at first I hesitated and was going to just wait on the guy but I just gave it a third chance.
