I stopped in inquiring about a new pair of glasses and was met my Jeremy. He was very helpful, my current prescription was expired and I knew I had a recent eye exam. He called my doctors office for me to get things cleared up and in about 15 mins he had received my new prescription in hand. I call that great customer service!

We like this place so much that we lived an hour and a half away and we still travel back just for our yearly exams and glasses. They’ve been pretty good selection. The workers are great if they have a sale going on and it would be cheaper to use that over your insurance. They will bring that to your attention. They’re trying to save you money and every way they can.

I just wanted to take a few minutes and let you know I had a great experience with the optical department. A lot of times in this crazy world customer services is just not present anymore, and people as are so busy and focused on themselves . But, I had the best experience at Target optical. I normally go to the 280 store but from the moment I called the Trussville location and made my appointment, Jeremy was so helpful. He took time and went the extra mile with figuring out my insurance stuff. . I really appreciated him! Great Customer service Jeremy! I will definitely be back
