This is my first time at this location, since I moved for work. I am not new to the Sport Clips experience.I already knew my hair was going to get messed up seeing my stylist had green tinted skin. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake.She saw my usual haircut on my profile. Easy as can be. It's essentially a buzz cut. I even told her not to worry about my hair line or tapering, because I like it natural.She was not gentle at all and seemed like she was in a rush. I see a lot of negativity in the reviews here, but I can only speak for my own experiences. I've been using Jessica here for about a year or so. She has been great overall. I like the app and the ability to reserve a seat before I get there, although new customers waiting don't get it. I don't care for the prices either, but I'm paying for the service and deal with it. I can get a $10 haircut elsewhere but not the level of service or treatment I get here.
I normally see Joyce. She is very pleasant and cuts my hair exactly the way I want it done. Everyone is always nice. I would have given 5 stars except for the noise level in this place. Every TV is on a sports channel (Sports Clips so that makes sense) but why they have the volume as high as they do doesn't make sense. You have to really shout to even tell the hair stylist why you are there. Sitting waiting on my turn, I actually had to go outside to wait because of the noise level. It's a corporate decision and not the store employees. I had to take a star for only that reason.
