I really like and appreciate the way Signature Homes responds to your requests. I am in my 3rd Signature home, and so far, my husband and I are pleased with our home. I love the way Mr. Sandlin is always pleasant if you call him with a concern. Overall we are happy buyers!?

Sarah Turner has been so professional and helpful with all my buyers that are interested in living in the new Everlee by Signature Homes! She is responsive every-time I call or text and all my home buyers love working with her! Thanks Sarah for taking care of me and my home buyers real estate needs. Nancy Hale who also works at the development has been so helpful as well. They are a Great team to visit if you’re looking for a new construction home!

I was delivering groceries to a house there and my first impression on the property was WOW! Since I'm a delivery driver I go to many communities and one is always prettier than the other. In Alabama, Mountain Brook has the most prestige when it comes to beautiful homes and landscaping. But Blackridge takes the cake. It's beyond beautiful.
