Next year, time for a annual maintenance. Carlos was professional and detailed in his inspection. No issues were found and I am good until next year

The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He worked fast and communicated everything to us. Came on time too, which after having Polar Bear come out here 3 times, late each time and disappearing for 2.5 hours once, it was a very nice change. We basically had an idea on what the issue was but Polar Bear kept saying it was something different. This tech found and resolved the issue right away. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Thank you very much for the work and saving us from another headache

Always receive a call from main office setting up appointment and then a call on the day of the service visit “reminding” me of the service call. Service person always professional and punctual and the service is always top notch.
