Jacob was absolutely phenomenal.. he explained the process before and during application. I already scheduled my next cleaning. I like the fact they did not soak my upholstery with water as a result it dried fast.
Dillon called to let me know his arrival time, and was here right on time. He explained what his plan was to clean my carpet and gave me the cost with a military discount; that was great!!! Within minutes, the carpet looked 100% better. I was very pleased with the job and would have him back for anything else.
Justin was fast and efficient. He communicated with me to let me know his ETA. Justin was very professional and polite.
I had this done for my son (Chris Boyd) who lives at this address and will encourage him to use Safe-Dry in the future.
