Steve and his team completed an addition on our home (2 beds, office and bathroom) in 2022. Great quality, competitve pricing and he finished on budget and on time. He also advised us on the concept that we ended up going with over 2 designs completed by architecture firms. Very professional team and subcontractors. He stood by his work as well. There was one minor issue with a custom fence his team built and he came back to our home 60 days after the project was completed to resolve the issue within 2 days of my request. Very well done! S & S Development Co., Inc. built our deck a few years ago. It was a custom design with a roof tie in, screened in porch, and wired for electricity. The work was done on time and budget. Other builders said they could not tie in a roof on our deck like we wanted but Steve was able to do it without breaking any codes or shoddy work. It looks great! We highly recommend S & S Development Co.
