We had prepaid our services years ago. A few days before my husband’s passing I met with Tyler Coots and Dana Love regarding our policy. They reviewed everything with me and assured me everything was in order. We met again a day after my husband’s passing to finalize paperwork. They made a sad situation bearable. They seemed to go out of their way to make me comfortable with all my choices.
Very easy to plan service with Trussville location. Jerry and all of the staff we came in contact with was very kind and easy to work with. They were considerate of our needs and requests.No hiccups whatsoever!
My family and I would like to thank Mr. Jerry and Dignity Memorial staff for the exceptional service they provided to us during such hard time…they were very attentive to our needs, took care of every detail…Thank you all very much! ??
