I visited Restore for the first time today and underwent the full body cryotherapy. I really decided to do this based on sheer curiosity and see how cold the treatment was. The woman working at Restore, Grace, was very good at explaining about the system and the treatment and the benefits. The whole treatment was about ten min, from changing my clothes and the 2.5 minute cryotherapy session. The season itself was a rush, although I couldn't imagine going longer than the 2.5 min.
